True BASIC accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Credit card payments are processed via PayPal.

1. During the checkout process, you will create an account on our site, and be prompted for your billing and shipping address details.
2. Once we receive your order details, you will be automatically transferred to a PayPal login page. If you have an existing PayPal account, you may use it, or you can simply enter your credit card information without having to have a PayPal account.
3. Once your payment has been processed via PayPal, you will be returned to the True BASIC site. If you choose to purchase a downloadable copy of True BASIC, you can download it from the My Files link.

If you are unable to use a credit card for payment, True BASIC will accept a check or money order provided it is drawn on a US bank in US currency only. Orders will only be processed once your check has cleared, which may take several days.

Be sure to include shipping charges in your payment. To calculate the correct amount of shipping, add the items you are ordering to your shopping cart and proceed to the last page of the online ordering process. This will display the correct amount of shipping & handling for your order, and the total order cost. We recommend you print this page and mail it with your check.

International Ordering Information
International payments must be made via credit card. There are no international bank surcharges or added check charges, and you get the most favorable exchange rate. Actual shipping and insurance charges are added to your invoice with a minimum of delay or need for additional correspondence.

Shipping Information:
US orders are usually shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the packages ordered, and average $8 within the continental US. Shipping charges are shown in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary for international orders and can only be traced while on US soil. Once the order has left the United States we are no longer responsible for its delivery. International customers are urged to consider electronic delivery of our products for this reason.

Refunds and Credits
No refunds are given for physical product shipments without an RMA issued by True BASIC. Refunds for products returned in acceptable condition, less shipping and handling charges, are normally issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

No refunds are given for electronically delivered products once the download has been completed or the file has been sent via electronic mail.
