Earlier this month we activated our new e-commerce system. Like the new site itself, it is still new, and we are still working out the bugs while implementing new features, such as instant access to download your ordered product.

We know that some users have had difficulty placing orders and downloading their files, and we are working on this. We will be contacting all customers who have placed orders on the new system to ensure that they receive their products.
